Jordan's story The Prince's Trust
Three in four young people supported by The Prince’s Trust move into work, education or training. Rupert Lawrie, London Luton Airport’s Commercial Director said, “Ensuring employment success for young people is a commitment London Luton Airport stands by. It is clear the young people across Luton have the ambition and passion to be successful. The “Get into Airports” programme assists with the crucial but challenging step of getting a foot in the door. The Airport has made a really strong impact on the youth job market. I am proud, and we are hugely rewarded by our progress but there is still more to accomplish.”
Clearhead were asked by London Luton Airport and the Prince’s Trust to tell Jordan’s story, about a young man facing a challenging transition into the world of work. The support Jordan received from the Prince's Trust gave him the start he needed, which has empowered him to focus on the work he wants to do and allowed him to pursue his passion of helping others.
Clearhead worked with LLA and the Prince’s Trust to devise a creative approach that would best represent Jordan’s story, the challenges he has faced and the positive outlook he has gained from his new job. We created a treatment that would enable the audience to emotionally connect with Jordan through the visuals, interview content and music.
